"Lovely hotel and welcoming staff. A rare find these days for a more rural hotel with a restaurant and bar onsite, and a very nice one at that. Very clean and well maintained. "

"The hotel is quite run down, and everything looks like it hasn't been cleaned in months. Our room was extremely dirty, with urine crusted around the back of the toilet hinges, random popcorn kernels, hair ties from past guests, and dust just under the edges of the bed like no one had vacuumed basically ever. The shower grout was disgusting, and the shower was so slippery several of us almost fell down (multiple people in separate rooms). The night clerk was indifferent and basically outside the front door smoking the whole time. The breakfast consisted of barely palatable bagged eggs, cereal, breads and a waffle maker with no condiments at all. According to someone we asked, Baymont doesn't require their hotels to have condiments anymore, so this place decided it would be a good cost-cutting measure to just not include those. How much could ketchup and hot sauce really cost?? I generally don't leave reviews of hotels, but this was easily the most disgusting, disappointing hotel I've ever stayed in, and that's saying something. The pool seemed fine, but considering how gross the rest of the hotel was, I was a little worried about whether it was properly cared for and safe to swim in. My kids did swim in it with no issues, though."

"We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. But, the staff was friendly, the hotel was overall clean, and had some of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The only deceiving thing is that one of the listing photos shows a hot tub in the pool area, but this has since been removed. "

"Staff was a bit rude when we were parking. We had a trailer but we were parking it out of the way of other parking spots. They stopped us and asked if we had a reservation. When I said yes, they were a little nicer. Overall things were clean and nice enough. Towels had rips and stains. We couldn’t get the tv to work. Black out curtains were too small for the window so light shown in all night. We had hoped for the price it would be a little nicer. "

"This was a convenient location that we booked last minute for a reasonable rate. We did not realize that the temperature setting was set to cool. Even though I raised the temperature it was cold - then I realized I needed to set to HEAT not COOL. But that's on me."

"Staying multiple nights, I really appreciated that breakfast was different each day. Staff was really wonderful!! Very helpful and kind. Our room was large and clean (king suite with whirlpool tub). Very convenient location, walk to outlet mall and short drive to Columbus. My only gripes were no streaming services on the tv and the pool really needs to be updated. Lots of rusty marks and some mold in the depth tiles, the bottom needs refinished, I think it's probably the one part they have not updated in the building. "
