"The cleanliness score is lower as there were sticky marks on my desk where it hadn’t been cleaned. Once you find something like that it leaves you wondering what else hasn’t been done."

"Third time staying at this hotel and absolutely love it. It s convenient to reach, in a nice and quiet area with some lovely shops and cafes on the doorstop. The tube station to central is only only 3 min walk away. Parking was hassle free and the service was fabulous. This will always be my first choice when staying in London. The rooms are sparkling clean and the shower gel/ hand wash scent is honestly to die for. Highly recommended."

"We stayed here for two nights because we were attending a concert at Wembley. Such a fantastic location, literally across the street from Wembley such a safe neighborhood. The staff was amazing. It was a beautiful quiet room. We really enjoyed our time at Hilton and the surrounding area. "

"Considering that this is a well known chain of hotels, i would consider this one to be average. The reception staff need to listen to the customer and repeat back what they understand. As my account was a mix up with another room that i was also paying for so NO CHARGES should have gone on that room, and i asked to be able to charge to my room, which again was NOT initially set up. The bedroom windows didnt open the "air con" just moved the air around well a desk fan could have done that. The breakfast food was warm at best, the toast and coffee was the hottest items available. The evening meals however where GREAT really nice and well worth the money. Just all in all sadly average."

"Wondwrful staff. I arrived at night very tired. Staff made me instantly welcome, still smiling and polite despite the hour. Explained everything about breaksfast, free coffee etc. Room very comfortable and slept well. Breakfast: there was plenty as well as many staff to ensure fully stocked and dirty plates removed. Checkout was quick and again done with a smile. The price for this hotel in the town centre was cheaper than those nearer the airport but still close by. And breakfast was included whereas most of the others charge extra, making the value even better. I was not expecting much out of the hotel based on the price and was very pleasantly surprised. Quality was very good, but the key point has to be the staff. They are a credit to the hotel. "
