"Treated like a second class person as we had a guide dog. Put in an awful room! Requested a fridge and to have a patio door but ignored. Paid premium price £171 of which £25was for our Guide Dog who is cleaner than a lot of their guests apparently. Compared to our previous stay it was very poor. Even said we were not allowed to stay in the room we had as it had been refurbished and no longer a dog room. So basically all their old rooms they hired out to dog owners at premium prices as not...

"The hotel was clean, but the room was small, which was not a problem for us. I booked this room for one night, our first one in London, after a late flight from Italy.
The breakfast was delicious, much better than I expected. There were plenty of options and everything was fresh."

"I stay here regularly. I can't fault much.
I think the stairs need to have better visibility so they can be used, especially if you're only on the 1st floor.
Staff are very accommodating in the restaurant and bar.
My ONLY criticism is breakfast. The fried eggs have never been great but on my most recent visit, they were inedible. Like rubber. It's such a shame because for me, eggs make breakfast and whilst I'm usually disappointed with the breakfast, this time was the worst ever.

"The hotel itself was fine. The pool which was one of the main reasons for booking this property was closed.
Then the hotel sent me a parking fine for despite paying for parking and having a receipt which has been nothing but stress to have this finally removed"

"Overall an okay stay, our room had a funny smell when we first went in, however we kept being disturbed by door banging in the corridors most of the night as they didn’t have soft closing door hinges on them and the rooms aren’t very sound proof, also not much choice food wise on the menu for anyone who is a fussy eater so had to walk out to find somewhere to eat, also found the hotel quite dark when you walk into reception and not overly appealing, in comparison to other hotels."
