"A l’arrivé, pas de code d’entrée ni la clé. On a du appelé plusieurs fois pour obtenir cela. 1/2h plus tard, rentée dans l’appart, surprise, le lieu n’était pas nettoyé. Il y a tu des traces de chips, poussière gris au sol, sous le lit. J’ai immédiatement contacté, encore 1 fois, qu’il m’a dit que le lieu était nettoyé… Il ma dit qu’il nous envoie la femme de ménage lendemain mais jamais venue, on a jamais plus entendu! Le lieu se trouve au centre de village mais le service est assez...

"Great place to stay, just off the village square, right next to the Mont Blanc Hotel, and two minutes walk from Le Chamois Télécabine. A quiet, calm and convenient location - especially for getting on the first lifts. Could do with refreshing the cutlery and crockery as a couple of items missing, but that is the worst it gets. The only word of warning, make sure you order the bedding and towels beforehand as they are not included in the base price. "

Its nice hotel and rooms, a little outdated and needs renovation.Also no cleaning services and bathroom shampoo included, will be great if once or 2 times a week rooms will be cleaned. Otherwise everything was good enough, close to the center and shopping area,as well to the slopes. Recommended. "

"Room was immaculate. On departure I cut my finger very badly and the receptionist had no plaster or a first aid kit and eventually found me some toilet roll. Following this we ordered a taxi to the hotel but the lift was shut causing us to have to walk down flights of stairs with blood from my finger going all over my clothes and luggage and then we missed our taxi.
