"This property has all the looks and none of the personality. Would love to see what’s possible with a lively, attentive and professional staff. Cons: Rooms are dark, shower was out of body wash, metal coffee cups were rusted inside, coffee in-room was inconvenient and could not AirPlay on TV for kids (very limited channels). Pros: Pizza from the general store was amazing, games and grass areas were a hit with kids, beds are plush and comfy, decor is incredible. We love the intention and vibe, it needs help with execution. "

"Stained bed sheets, multiple black hairs on "clean" towels, dirty floors, no pillows ... Will find somewhere else next time. "

"Pet friendly, clean place, good breakfast, staff friendly & helpful, the bathroom was a little small in my room, pool was refreshing, however, it is indoor & was lacking ventilation... my eyes began burning within just a few minutes, overall a good stay & I would recommend "

"The hotel was a great, our room was as nice as the top hotels in Vegas. The best hotel room pillows! The staff were very nice & friendly. I would highly recommend for anyone traveling to Flagstaff. And their room rates are very reasonable."

"Party of 5, booked 2 queen size bed and sofa. Room accommodated all of our needs for hiking experience. Lmini fridge to prep our sandwiches, available microwave. Staff was wonderful and replaced towels the next day. THE BEST PART, the sink was separate from the bathroom!! "
