Sleeps 12 in beds and 2 additional upon request with Air Mattress. Separate private ground floor suite. Large Lanai and deck area on second floor with upper third floor Sun deck offering awesome view of the ocean.

Second time staying here for our annual work trip. The house was, again, perfect . Everything was great! It’s away from Daytona so it’s easy to relax. The beach view from the deck is amazing. The host was super accommodating, as always. We will be booking this again next year!

The rental was a beautiful, very clean, and well maintained three story home with an elevator, which was a huge help. The beach entrance was right across the street. The home was located close to the pier, but not too close. We were also within walking distance of many restaurants and shops. The owners were available whenever texted, and the rules were clear and customary. I would definitely recommend this vacation home.

Best way to end the year and bring in a new one!

This property and location was an ideal pick for our group of 8 adults (4 couples). We walked to restaurants or cooked at the house. The patio/balcony turned out to be the perfect viewing spot for the New Year's fireworks display from the pier!The elevator was a real asset for one of our group who has trouble with stairs and it helped with moving luggage.We thoroughly enjoyed our stay at this house!

Absolutely wonderful!! The views are breathtaking. Not to mention the property itself! Gorgeous, spacious, and the outdoor beachfront deck is to die for. Owners are kind, available, and so helpful. They've thought of everything so guests don't have to. Can't wait to come back!

Great for a large group!

The house was in a great location, near several restaurants and shops, and just steps from the beach. We had a group of 10, and the setup was perfect for us, with private sleeping quarters for every couple, and a bathroom for every two people. We did not see a sleeper sofa, but we didn't need it, so it wasn't a factor for us. We utilized both the outdoor kitchen and the hot tub- obviously any metal outside in FL will have some corrosion, but we had no problem using the grill, and the hot tub was VERY clean. Overall, we loved the property and will definitely consider it again, if our group size is the same for future trips!
