Holiday Home "Villa Gli Ulivi" with Mountain Views, Private Pool and Wi-Fi

Villa Gli Ulivi is located in Moncigoli, a village just a few kilometers from Fivizzano. It’s an ideal choice for those seeking peace and relaxation surrounded by mountain nature.



The house is spread over three floors and features a living room, two well-equipped kitchens (including soap, sponges, towels, and paper towels), six bedrooms with clean sheets and towels, and four bathrooms (three with showers and one with a bathtub).



The villa accommodates up to 11 guests.



Amenities include Wi-Fi, TV, washing machine, and dishwasher. A crib and high chair for children are also available.



Outside, you’ll find a private garden and a private pool with umbrella, sun loungers, tables, and chairs. The pool is usually open from May 15th to the end of September, depending on weather conditions. There is also a barbecue area with grill and wood-fired oven.



There is a covered terrace next to the kitchen with table and chairs for meals, a covered terrace by the entrance with sofas, three balconies, and an outdoor shower.



The property offers four parking spaces.



Families with children are welcome. Pets are not allowed. Smoking is not permitted inside. Parties and events are not allowed. There is no air conditioning, but electric fans are provided.



The house has two entrances: the main one on the ground floor and another on the first floor.



As a country home, you may encounter local wildlife such as lizards, spiders, scorpions, mosquitoes, and other insects.
