"Overall a great hotel with nice clean amenities and great style. The only point that pulls down the experience is service in the restaurant and bar. This is not on 5* level, as not really proactive and in some cases chaotic. Empty plates remain forever on the tables, waiters looking in the room but apparently don‘t see or proactively approach the table. In the bar area the menu is handed out to the table but then nobody is showing up for taking the order so you need to go to the bar yourself to...

"Everything about our stay was pleasant and comfortable. But the one thing we were most satified (all eight of us agreed) was the dinner. The five course meal was more than we expected for a dinner at 35 Euros per person. Each dish was creative and delicious.
