"The outside area of the hotel was clean. The room was clean. The breakfast was really good. They offered different food options. The complaint I have is the very first night of my stay, I woke up around 11:45 p.m. to my ceiling pouring water from the shower above my room. The staff ran in grabbing towels and had to move me to another room. The new room they moved me to looked as if that ceiling had previously experienced water damage as well. Luckily, I didn’t have any issues out of the new room. Needless to say, I was not a happy camper. Nobody wants to be awakened to water running from the ceiling. After speaking to the staff, it didn’t seem as if they cared. I will not book here again!!!"

"Clean room. Super small -hence the Micro- but bed was comfortable, bathroom was super clean. Breakfast was only waffles, and cold stuff. No eggs or meat but it was ok. The keurig machine was the highlight of breakfast lol. The latte and cafe mocha were top notch and I didn’t have to pay $7 for my morning coffee. "

"The front desk clerk was great he waited up until our arrival at 1:45 am. The room reeked of cigarettes the whole time we were there (2:00am-8:00am). The bed was very hard. There was no one to talk to at the front desk when I went in to check out. The room and property is very dated. The best way to describe it is “rough around the edges”. It’s in need of a refurbish. I wouldn’t recommend …"

"The room was comfortable, could have been cleaner. The stairwell doors (and the 101, 201 end of the building) were very squeaky and seriously need oiled. Could hear every time someone entered/exited."
