"Good location for doing everything in mount airy. Front desk staff was great. Bed was clean and comfortable. Room was dated, needed some repairs and maintenance in the bathroom. Like the tissue paper metal cover was rusted and had wallpaper coming off next to the sink."

"Room clean but no air on and chairs in room were damp. Bathroom in our room - the toilet kept running and door handle broken. Everything else was fine. Breakfast not as good as last year but still good. Did not have decaf coffee or any selection of teas. Only breads and waffles, yogurt, muffins. No cereals or eggs. We stayed passing through the area and was great for that."

"We had a wonderful stay at Coffee Grounds in Fancy Gap. Although there isn't a mountain view, it was quiet and peaceful. We loved sitting on the back deck and listening to the wind move through the trees and watching the visiting deer. The cabin was very spacious for the three of us, with plenty of room for more guests. It was clean, cozy, had everything we needed. There's a key card hanging by the door that can be used to open the gate. While there's no AC, fans were provided and kept us comfortable. Close to Mabry Mills, Mount Airy, and Pilot Mountain."
