"Rating Details: The property manager was very helpful. The vacation rental was spotless. I was very happy with the location. I was very satisfied with the condition of the vacation rental. Overall, I recommend this vacation rental. Reviewer Comments: Our vacation was very enjoyable. We love the enclosed courtyard and proxitimity to the beach and stores. For the past 7 years, we have rented numerous units. We found the units provided beach towels and other amenities. The units were clean and if there was a concern, it was taken care of quickly. We will be back next year."

"Location and proximity to the beach is perfect. None better. The problem with no AC is that you have to keep the windows and curtains open and the bedrooms face a courtyard that gets a lot of light from other condos or the alleyway behind the custom house that is noisy with workers and WILDLY bright security lights that blast right into the back bedroom windows. Bring your own box fans for the windows to pull in the outside cool air and hopefully that blocks some of the lights and street sounds."
