"Had a wonderful stay. It was perfect for our needs. Therapeutic and the sound of the waves at night were so soothing. The place is lovely and cozy. The hot tub was a nice touch. The breakfast nook was a delight, Overlooking the beach. Staff was great and very friendly. Alex front desk agent and Shane were amazing. Thank you. We will definitely be returning. This was a family trip. My 3 children and my self. We were very happy. "

"Nice to be able to bring my 15 pound mini pin with me to the hotel but $150 for a one night stay seems excessive. Breakfast was okay. Room clean as well as property grounds. "

"I would’ve given this property five stars except for the low frequency hum heard in our room the entire time we were there. I asked about it and was told it had something to do with Coast Guard radar. When I research this, it did not seem like a probable cause. I think it might have been the refrigerator. I would like to know that this has been fixed before I go back. Management offered ear plugs, but that did not solve the issue."

"Disappointing Condition Compared to ListingWe recently stayed at this Avila property and unfortunately our experience did not match the expectations set by the listing.Upon arrival, we discovered an active water leak in the master bedroom. While someone did come to address the leak, it left behind a strong lingering odor that made the room difficult to use for the remainder of our stay.In addition, trash remained on the front porch for the entire duration of our visit and was never removed. It created an unpleasant first impression every time we entered the property.Beyond those issues, the overall condition of the home appeared significantly more worn than represented online. There were broken cabinets, holes in the walls, and several maintenance items that made the property feel neglected.For the price point of this rental, we expected a home that was well maintained and accurately represented in the listing photos. Unfortunately, the staging and presentation online felt very different from the reality of the property.We did reach out to the management company directly to give them the opportunity to address our concerns before posting this review. Hopefully these issues can be resolved so future guests have a better experience."

"This was the perfect choice for our family 4 day getaway. The secure gated roadway leading to the garage's made it so nice for access when traveling to and from the beach and shops. The barn doors on the patio opened up access from one house to the other allowing the kids to visit back and forth with ease. The houses had everything we needed for our days at the beach (chairs, toys, wagon etc.) Very clean and comfortable for our large family."
