The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. "As I check in I make online reservations in Expedia , the staff told me they don’t accept Expedia but they will talk to them, the room I reserved was way different then the one they gave us, there is no partial ocean view, Good and caring customer service , 7.5/10"
