"Staff were very nice and helpful."

"Great place and excellent service "

"The service , Hotel room...I even extended my stay there...Next time, I am staying there again. "

"There was no hot water and no water for one day. Food was not good. I broke my tooth on some chicken wings. They said no to Expedia booking and I insisted on Manager intervention. Electric vehicle charging facility was very good."

"Yas"

"The staff at Fenet were incredible, and the room and atmosphere were cozy, welcoming, and relaxing. I would highly recommend this hotel if you are staying in Hawassa."

"Overall, it’s a great place to stay. I personally prefer a mattress that is more spongy and has cushioning effect. The mattress was a bit solid and was uncomfortable, but next day they put additional comfort layer and it was okay. The spa service is good but some staff at its reception need more training on good customer service."

"Au calme et sans restauration Mais situé à 50 mètres de Hailé hotel qui a sa restauration de plat ethiopien et internationaux. Prendre dès l'arrivée le téléphone de Mr nahoum gérant de l'établissement pour toujours pouvoir faire des demandes ou informations complémentaires "

"The hotel claimed they didn't have a room available for us, despite our reservation. As a result, we were forced to spend the entire night in the car, which was extremely uncomfortable and inconvenient."

"I like that the property was closed to the lake."

"As I check in I make online reservations in Expedia , the staff told me they don’t accept Expedia but they will talk to them, the room I reserved was way different then the one they gave us, there is no partial ocean view, Good and caring customer service , 7.5/10"

"Best spot to stay for visiting Piassa. Shopping all around. Excellent for walking to the lake and many great memories. Food was very good too and not to forget the great staff."

"Good for a single person, but a little uncomfortable for a couple. A clean hotel though."
