"I have stayed here several times. As always the staff are AMAZING!!. From housekeeping to front staff. As a guest I am always asked how my day is?.... Smiles. I understand not everyone has the best day everyday. But I have never come across a staff member without a Hello and a smile. Facility is great! Always so clean. Beds are comfortable! Pillows are just beyond :). But they way my elderly mother is treated when I am not around is the key point here. She is always so happy with the service or help that is offered to her. Staff goes above and Beyond. It's the little things."

"The property was clean and bright and well equipped. Perfect location for us with convenient parking.It's a renovated unit in an older building, there's nice history in the floors but there is limited sound insulation. There was an issue with the mattress, there were a couple of springs sticking up, but the host was responsive and while they couldn't replace the mattress on Easter weekend (fair!) they did offer a discount. If you're just one person the other 2/3 of the bed was comfortable :)The hosting team was responsive and helpful during our stay. "

"We had a great time!!! We enjoyed the place. We couldn't use everything they had to offer, like the tv and the board games. We used the cinema room and it was a nice experience. One improvement point would be a more comfortable couch for the proyection room."
