"We did not eat breakfast, so I can’t speak on that. But, the staff was friendly, the hotel was overall clean, and had some of the cleanest rooms I’ve ever stayed in. The only deceiving thing is that one of the listing photos shows a hot tub in the pool area, but this has since been removed. "

"Staff was a bit rude when we were parking. We had a trailer but we were parking it out of the way of other parking spots. They stopped us and asked if we had a reservation. When I said yes, they were a little nicer. Overall things were clean and nice enough. Towels had rips and stains. We couldn’t get the tv to work. Black out curtains were too small for the window so light shown in all night. We had hoped for the price it would be a little nicer. "

"This was a convenient location that we booked last minute for a reasonable rate. We did not realize that the temperature setting was set to cool. Even though I raised the temperature it was cold - then I realized I needed to set to HEAT not COOL. But that's on me."

"Staying multiple nights, I really appreciated that breakfast was different each day. Staff was really wonderful!! Very helpful and kind. Our room was large and clean (king suite with whirlpool tub). Very convenient location, walk to outlet mall and short drive to Columbus. My only gripes were no streaming services on the tv and the pool really needs to be updated. Lots of rusty marks and some mold in the depth tiles, the bottom needs refinished, I think it's probably the one part they have not updated in the building. "

"got their and was told blinds wouldnor close in the rooms had 2 different rooms on two different floors told if i didnot like it could try to get my money back we had kids and familt with us and was under the ubderstandi g rooms would be close to easc other not happy had to change 2a queen room for a king kids didnot sleep well on pullout rethinking the hole idea of going back not the first ti.e was told broken blinds happened last year at the same time"
