No nos atendieron nada bien Estaban sirviendo en el restaurante y pasaban de nosotros. La habitación muy básica u sin ducha,se moja a todo el lavabo No lo recomiendo

A very good experience

I stayed outside the season; the hotel is not luxury or extra ordinary but it is clean, the welcome very friendly and the food in the restaurant very good and cheap. Compared to what I paid, I go a lot - very much value for the money. Firenzuola is situated between Florence and Bologna in a beautiful area in the Northern Appenines full of history, which just added to a good experience.

E veramente stato un incubo, parcheggio a disco, mentre c'era scritto parcheggio privato noi essendo in moto c'erano 2 parcheggi moto distanti e in più lunedì mattino prima di partire abbiamo anche preso la multa..... Nella prenotazione avevamo anche un Frigirifero con acqua a disposizione che Nn abbiamo mai visto,Colazione ci hanno fatto un buono da sfruttare nei bar del paese,camere Nn ne parliamo avevo prenotato una matrimoniale con balcone vista cortile interno e mi hanno dato una piazza e mezza con finestra sulla piazza del paese, un caos entrambi le notti che abbiamo sostato e personale mai visto in 2 gg, peccato X Fiorenzuola è carina e anche X la gente del paese molto cortese ma in questo albergo Nn ci vedranno mai più

Nettes Personal

Leider war das Zimmer bei unserer Ankunft um 18 Uhr noch nicht fertig. Das Personal war aber außerordentlich nett und haben sich sehr viel Mühe gegeben,damit man sich wohl fühlt. Das Zimmer war sauber und groß, wenn auch etwas hellhörig. Wir kommen gerne wieder!
