"Room floor dirty, both chairs backs broken, ttabel and end tables had ring spots all over. Had to wash them myself. Drapes were falling off the rodes. Heater was so load sounded like it was going to blow up. Very simple white bread for toast, stale cereal, they did have waffle maker, scrambled eggs, sausage links. We had hot tube room. There was one above us, were whom ever was using it, used it all night long, ladt time was 4am, wirh running the jets, walking around all night, slamming door comming in and out. I almost thought maybe the night staff menber was using it while working. Did not feel safe staying there."

"When we first checked in we were given room 104. We entered the room and I was hit with this awful smell and I noticed trash on the floor. My husband lifted the mattress to check for bugs and we saw a nasty stain on the bedskirt underneath the mattress. I decided to pull the fitted sheet back off the mattress and saw black bed bug fecal stains around all the seams. We immediately left the room. Normally I would've made reservations elsewhere at this point but it was snowing so hard the roads were hard to drive on so we changed rooms. We were moved to the third floor and the room was much cleaner. The staff was very nice the entire time, but overall the experience had me adding this hotel to our we'll never stay here again list. "

"Lots of dining and shopping options close by. The bed was ok, heat worked, staff was nice. Safety my be questionable, the front desk is enclosed in what looks like bullet proof glass, marijuana order in the halls, well used and worn hotel, shower was broken, safety latch on door broke. If you just want a cheep place to sleep and are not concerned about other things probably ok place to stay. I like cheap places but this one is below my standards. "

"Not soundproof-noisy; entrance smelled overwhelmingly like bad cleaning solution; room set up was strange - tv didn’t face beds or couch; many items outdated; mattresses and pillows were substandard. Staff was nice."
