"The doors to the rooms had a closing mechanism that would slam the door and made such a lout noise. You could hear and feel every door that shut to rooms that were around you. This made it difficult to sleep."

"The only issue we had was that the can light just inside the door did not work. Our trip was a highly emotional personal situation and we honestly came and went without reporting it. As I checked out it came to mind, only regret was not thinking to report it sooner."

"Expensive valet parking . No self park that I could see. In room fridge was not working and lights in room were not all working. We had to wait over 2 hours for check in due to someone late check out and room not ready. Reservations were well in advance- 2 months - and we got to check in line after 530 pm. "
