"It was fine. The bathroom had seen better days it looked a bit battered. More important it could use a deep cleaning, lots of dust and dirt when I pulled the pocket door of the bathroom closed as well as on the vents and fixtures. "

"When the room next door was wildly partying from 12 - 4 am and I had to call security twice, the front desk was very unapologetic and the only thing they offered was to move my room. They said, well this happens sometimes at a casino. Like they were trying to tell us that we should lower our expectations about getting sleep because we're at a casino! We said we'd like them to comp the night as we didn't get a wink of sleep, but they said they could not do that. Why not may I ask? Is it too much to ask to at least be able to get some sleep at a hotel for the price we pay? After pressing them, they finally offered free breakfast, which also wasn't nearly enough. I suspect that this happens quite often here. Will not be staying here again."

"The pros..location to Ithaca College, good breakfast and cleanliness. The cons...the parking lot is a big pothole,the carpets and funiture are tired and need replacing, toilets have no pressure and barely flush and there are no usb ports working to charge phones."

"Terrible service... Terrible attitude... Front desk lady ( she didn't give me her name) super extra nasty. Manager name Angel is no help. I was kicked out of the hotel after staying there for 2 days and booking an extra shirt night because I came downstairs to sign the paperwork at 11:20 a.m. instead of 11:00 a.m. Never again. Most important thing is you need to see a chiropractor after sleeping on the mattress like they have. Stay away. "

"We were very comfortable. We didn’t have our room cleaned during our 3-night stay, but they replenished our towels without even asking. The in-room coffee was not great, but they offer Starbucks for purchase in the restaurant."
