Filey. Active leisure or relaxing beach holiday.

  • A pet friendly, two bedroom spacious and light cottage with FREE high-speed fibre Wi-Fi, situated on a purpose built 5-star holiday complex. The ground floor of the cottage provides an open plan family living, dining and kitchen area along with a cloakroom and entrance hall. The contemporary styled living area features a log-burning stove and gliding bi-fold patio door, opening onto a paved patio area. A brick-built barbecue and wooden patio furniture provide the ultimate alfresco dining experience. A high chair and travel cot are provided for our younger guests.

    A selection of books, games, DVD's and Wii games will entertain whatever the weather, providing a fantastic family experience.

    Relax in a king sized bed; bedroom with Juliet balcony and one bedroom with two singles. Bathroom has a walk-in shower.

Lovely stay at Nigel’s property. Clean, comfortable and even a welcome pack for us with biscuits and tea, coffee etc. Have stayed at The Bay a few times and this house was one of the best we have stayed in.Even the weather was kind to us!

A lovely house within a beautiful and well equipped complex. The house had everything we needed and more and the on-site pool was great, nice and warm and spacious. We also enjoyed the pétanque court. Filey and Scarborough are really beautiful with huge sandy beaches. I’m hoping to return soon!

Lovely holiday village, property as expected, well equipped comfortable beds. Short walk to beach, 3 mile walk to Filey Town across the beach. Could do with hooks on backs of doors, always the same when self catering. Although kitchen is a good size there was no cupboard space for food. I would sacrifice the dishwasher to gain a free cupboard. The shelf for the shower gel etc would be better placed away from the shower head, ie on the opposite wall to avoid it getting soaked. All in all an excellent accommodation with tiny fixes to improve it.

Host was excellent we had to make a last minute change and they were very accommodating. We have stayed here before at both properties (beach haven and beach comber) both are excellent and we would recommend.

We have just returned from a 2 night stay. It was fabulous, the house is in a good position not far from all the amenities. The house was spotless and had everything you could possibly need to have a home from home experience. The icing on the cake was that the ower very kindly offered us early check in and late check out which we really appreciated We would highly recommend this property and hope to return soon
