Rustic but Charming - Great for Groups

The good: - Fantastic private location, central to the south of the island - Beautiful (heated) pool with pool bar and loungers - 3 seperate buildings each with bathroom and kitchenette makes this property ideal for groups with different couples or families The not so good: - Villa wasn't ready when we arrived. Beds not made, towels etc not clean - The cleaning lady (who was lovely) was there the first 4 days. Waaay more work than she could have done in the one day between reservations, but rather intrusive - The laundry situation is a bit rustic if you are staying for an extended period of time with many people - Kitchen isn't the most well stocked. Should've just bought knives. Overall, we had an amazing experience and would recommend this property. The negatives are easily fixed and the positives are killer. An all inclusive 5 star it ain't, but a beautiful spot sure to leave you with great memories? 100%

+ Außenansicht des Gebäudes + die verschiedenen Sitzplätze +der Pool + Nähe zum Flughafen Figari -Sauberkeit sehr schlecht vor allem in den Küchenschränken -Kochutensilien dreckig/ Spinnweben drin und größtenteils kaputt -Mobiliar drinnen und draußen kaputt -Betten waren nicht bezogen - Bettwäsche musste selbst zusammengesucht werden -wenige Handtücher für 6 Personen 14 Tage lang

Nous n'avons pas pu profiter de l'ensemble de la location (studio et T2),murs et matelas moisis mais nous avons loger à six dans la maison principale,c'est dommage mais nous avons tout de malgré tout passé une bonne semaine en famille à Figari.

Séjour agréable et reposant

Nous avons passé 3 semaines très reposantes sur place en fin de saison 2021. Les trois logements en un, ont permis à chaque partie de la famille d'avoir son intimité, mais aussi de pouvoir nous retrouver confortablement. Le quartier est calme, et la clim permet d'avoir des nuits de repos au frais. La piscine est de belle taille, et les quelques marches à descendre pour la rejoindre ne sont pas un problème. Michèle a été de bons conseils (sorties / plages / boucher de Figari ...), et même si elle n'est pas sur place, elle reste disponible pour régler les petits aléas. Des travaux d'amélioration des réseaux, de la terrasse extérieure étaient au programme après notre départ pour mise au norme de la fosse septique, et remettre en état l'électricité et le sol de la terrasse intérieure, mais cela n'a pas nuit à notre séjour. Le gite est accolé au maquis et la forêt, nous avions régulièrement le plaisir de voir passer des cochons sauvages le soir, et la nuit d'entendre des rongeurs sur les toits récupérer les glands, mais nous ne les avons jamais vus, cependant une portée de petits chats sauvages ont élu domicile sur place au moment où nous y étions. A ce jour ils ont sûrement fait leur travail ! En résumé nous avons passé un super séjour au calme (l'aéroport de Figari ne s'entend pas), la voiture est indispensable pour faire les courses aller à la plage ou en rando (10/30 min de trajet) , mais c'est le prix à payer pour un séjour au calme.
