The property is located about 350 meters from the main square of Fiesole and 100 meters from shops and supermarkets. It has an independent entrance which leads to the property which consists of a 40 sq.mt two-room apartment set in a garden on several levels enriched by thirty olive trees. Inside the garden there is also a remnant of the Etruscan wall, under the constraint of the Ministry of Cultural Heritage. The house is equipped with free wifi.

Just a Bus Ride Away From Florence

This little gem is tucked away in the little town of Fiesole, on a hill just outside Florence. The little garden boasts olive trees and a good view of the countryside. The apartment is very cozy and modern in an old structure completely remodeled by the owner. Filippo is a very helpful host and he helped make our stay very pleasant. Fiesole has some nice amenities and a Coop (small store) within walking distance. Walk to the piazza and catch the bus to Florence. After seeing the marvels of Renaissance architecture and art, you have a nice place to return to and rest your feet. We had a great time and would love to go back and stay in this inviting flat.

Le voyage est toujours une épopée!

Un séjour très beau! La maison est très bien tenue, très propre, agréable malgré sa situation en sous-sol! L'équipement est correct! La literie et le linge de maison sont très bien! Attention aux moustiques, surtout le soir! Prévoir un petite trousse de soin à ce sujet. Des moustiquaires sur les fenêtres seraient appréciables! Une installation électrique délicate pour l'eau chaude. Ne pas mettre 2 appareils électro-ménagers à la fois car vous faites disjoncter le compteur extérieur . Cela nous est arrivé et comme nous n'avions pas la clef du compteur, ce fut épique pour ouvrir la boîte! Nous avons dû faire appel aux voisins! Quand on ne maîtrise pas la langue italienne ou anglaise, un peu angoissant tout de même pour ce genre de déconvenue! Filippo est très gentil mais il ne répond pas au téléphone ni aux mails dans l'immédiat! Il serait bien de prévoir plus de puissance au conteur électrique général et quand on a des clients étrangers rédiger une explication dans leur langue ou en anglais pour l'utilisation de l' eau chaude et des radiateurs. Merci! Toutefois,vous apprécierez le calme de cette villa et la douceur , la beauté de Fiesole!
