There were nail clippings on the living-room floor and hairs on the toilet seat. We were also visited every night by a mouse that came to eat from the rubbish bin. We loved this accommodation. Friendly staff, quick and easy check in. Spacious modern rooms. Well appointed with everything we needed. Close to Samson Mall for shuttle bus service to and from both lake Louise and morraine lake. Great whirlpool to soak your muscles after a long day hiking. Breakfast well priced and great options available. A highlight for us.
