Da wir jeweils zu den Heimspielen des FCA gehen, sind wir darauf angewiesen, das Gepäck im Hotel zu deponieren. "We arrived at 11.0pm and the front door was closed and no staff available. The email that showed us how to get into the hotel and locate our room did not arrive until the following morning. We stayed 4 nights and the room was not refreshed at all during our stay. Whilst I understand that hoteliers need to control costs and I fully understand it is not necessary to clean or service a room every day, making sure that the rooms have enough dry towels, tea or coffee and bins are emptied must be the very least required "
