Excellent suite in a central location. Hotel staff wonderful and helpful. Loved the room and location. Only hitch was confusion over cleaning that left room untouched during our stay. In short, however, a first rate property and terrific choice for a stay in Augsburg!

A beautiful place in a great atmosphere of an old authentic building being rebuilt to modern standards with warm and state of the art furnishing. We had the suite with bath tub in the room as a special and appreciated feature. Another element that we did not realize from the description is that the rooms are located above a very nice winebar and Italian restaurant, even serving some excellent breakfast on request. Location was superb with everything in walking distance. 10-15 minute walk from central train station and in the midst of cultural and vivid centre with shops, musea and bars/restaurants. Al in all a true 5-star recommendation as we certainly would book this venue when returning to Augsburg.

What we loved: the person we spoke to for checki-n was ultra nice! Super helpful and kind! The place was so unique, gorgeous and so old in an amazing kind of way. Very distinct and unique aesthetic. Loved that there's an outdoor restaurant right underneath. Bathroom was great. What was annoying: check-in was very hard to understand and took us over an hour sitting there trying to reach someone. That was so frustrating! The number printed on the instructions is actually missing a digit! Only after we figured that out could we connect with someone. It also required calling someone and incurring international calling fees. Another place we stayed after this just had a machine that spit out tickets which would have been much easier for a place that is automated. The portable air conditioner was only a fan but thankfully that was enough given the temperature but it needs to be a regular unit for that small of a space where you need to keep the windows wide open to have any air which means hearing the restaurant below too and feeling exposed to the hallway and other guests who see you in bed.

Pariikg is a bit of a nightmare due to loaction right in the center. The parkade.mentioned bz.y rhe hotelnis pretty right. And the chargers there are only for guests of another hitel. But the room was outstandingly nice.

Hot hot hot. Cleaning service did not give you new toilet paper or Kleenex so I was running out. The first day all the cleaning service did was pick up the one towel on the floor. Nothing else. It was very strange.

Hele mooie en luxe suites. Goed bedachte architectuur in binnenstad. Mooi gerestaureerd. Geen personeel dan schoonmaakpersoneel. Gelukkig want de douche afvoer bleek verstopt. De binnenpatio is leuk gevonden, maar erg gehorig voor de suites die hier op aansluiten. Alles verder goed verzorgd. Veel keuze om te eten en te ontbijten direct in de buurt.

6 Tage gebucht (17.04 bis 23.04) Kein Zimmerservice lt Hotelinfo hätte sogar die Bettwäsche gewechselt werden müssen Toilettenpapier selbst gekauft Rezeption nicht besetzt Nr an der Rezi Callcenter in NRW konnte auch nicht helfen Hotels.com hat ALLES für uns versucht, aber auch niemanden erreicht Dafür buche ich keine Suite und zahle einen horrenden Preis ,Hotels.com hat für Ausgleich gesorgt, da das Hotel ja nicht erreichbar ist Auf dem Zimmer ist ein Tablet ,was zu Orientierung dient,da es keine Unterlagenmappe gibt, es ist nicht funktionsfähig, da nicht angeschlossen, es ist auch nirgendwo ein USB Anschluss um es aufladen zu können, es steht halt so da rum Nie wieder, wir sind fassungslos.In der Suite Stufen verbaut, so dass man in der Nacht zur Tiolette immer ein Hinderniss im Dunkeln hat, für Senioren ungeeignet. Die Lage ist eigentlich perfekt, allerdings kann man sehr schlecht parken, da es direkt an der Fußgängerzone ist, vor dem Hotel kann man auch nicht halten, nur am Ende der Fußgängerzone schräg gegenüber und man darf sich nicht erwischen lassen. Der Fahrstuhl geht nur bis zur 2.Etage den Rest zur Suite musste man Treppen steigen.Jeder, der das Restaurant unten drin besucht kann problemlos auf die Etagen der Hotelzimmer gelangen, auch der Fahrstuhl ist öffentlich. Die Lautstärke durch das Restaurant (Bestuhlung im Innenhof ,Trichtereffekt) hat uns nicht gestört, da wir nicht geräuschempfindlich sind

Problemloser Check-In durch Türcode per Mail. Es lagen Pflegeprodukte und Hausschuhe bereit. Genügend Handtücher vorhanden. Die ebenerdige Dusche und freistehende Badewanne waren sehr sauber und das Wasser wurde schnell warm (bzw. Heiß). Total bequemes Bett, tolles Licht, 2 Fehrnseher, kleiner Kühlschrank und Kaffemaschine waren im Studio auch vorhanden. Das Design des Studios verbindet moderne Elemente mit dem Altbau. 10 von 10.

Alles super bis auf die Zimmerreinigung, nicht diese e Reinigung an sich, sondern die 2 Damen haben kein Wort deutsch oderxenglisch verstanden und wir haben mir Google Übersetzer versucht zu kommunizieren, sie haben das Zimmer gemacht, als ob wir nächste Nacht noch bleiben.Also keine Betten bezogen und Grundreinigung sie dachten wir bleiben länger...... Im Zimmer meiner Mutter auch nur sie ist 84 Jahre alt und war mit der nicht vorhandenen Kommunikation überfordert
