The hotel was a short walk into Hisaranou and in a lovely setting. The reception, bar and restaurants were well maintained. Staff work hard and are friendly. The negatives were: Pools were freezing due to not being heated. Drinks were overpriced.

Nice place for us

The staff is very kind and friendly. The rooms are very clean. Dinner varieties are sufficient and the meatballs and doner at the barbecue party are fantastic. Snackbar was cooking lunches very well. The aquapark is fun for both adults and children, I think there is no need for more. It is a very ideal hotel for both families with children and couples without children.

Amazing service very clean room very clean water park great food employee are the best Omer on the front desk really polite soner & Ede amazing people . I have changed my mind to go to Antalya and I extend my vacation in their hotel because of them . The kids loved the hotel and the water park . The chef very talented and the food manager is amazing person . I will definitely recommend it and I will definitely come back again. From now on this is my primary hotel for vacation.

The staff were super helpful and friendly, they would provide all hospitality services to make the stay safe and comfortable. the hotel is super clean and organised, the cleaning staff is pleasant and good, plenty of options at breakfast, Ala Carta's lunch and dinner were also great. pools were clean all the time.

If you want your world to revolve around the hotel and spending a bunch of extra money, stay here. Otherwise, steer clear. This hotel is a total tourist trap. It’s more of a “Little Britain” than Turkey. The reception did not seem to have the knowledge or interest in answering our questions or requests - which weren’t hard, just asking if there was a local laundromat (there wasn’t), clarifying a food allergy, and if it was okay for us to park nearby. TAKE NOTE - no outside food or drink allowed. Apparently this is a liability issue for touristy expensive hotels, and we didn’t know ahead of time. This pretty much confines you to eating at the hotel restaurant, which is at least £12 per meal (if you buy a package!). As people who like to eat local food and have leftovers, having to throw away multiple meals because we couldn’t bring it in (even if we did, the mini fridge didn’t have enough room to store it) was awful. There was nothing complimentary in the room - which even crappy motels have - even the water cost money, and there was no coffee or tea or anything. The minibar prices were absurd, as were the laundry prices - €4 for a t-shirt. We are never coming back to a hotel like this.

Worse stay ever I will not ever take my family in that resort very unsafe for young family’s as you will see refugees hanging about the hotel please stay well away from this resort and the staff are very horrible they will charge you for water even not a safe or a nice place and don’t get fooled by the pictures

AMAZING

Great little find was a bit worried what to expect but amazing hotel good staff food is good breakfast especially about 10 minute walk in to town if that where there is amazing selection of shops and restaurants if you like shopping this is the place for you loads to do all within 10-15 min taxi ride which costs about £5 blue lagoon only 10 min drive and water park less then that only downside is the hotel hallways are very loud due to very noisy people there are signs up but you do get people shouting especially during the night when they are coming back from town or bar maybe should have a member of staff to remind people to be quiet at night but it would not put me off honestly one of the best hotels I’ve stayed in and definitely going back soon

We just got home today kids cried when we left the staff are absolutely amazing can’t do enough for you the water slides start at 10 till 12 and 1400 to 1600 unfortunately this is same time as kids club so the kids weren’t interested in kids club The Turkish night was great too food was lovely this is on Saturday nights Only one thing I would recommend take your own tea bags for breakfast we forgot ours lol the tea wasn’t very nice

Très bon séjour, à refaire absolument

Nous avons passé un très bon séjour en famille, les chambres sont propres et spacieuses, au calme, le personnel est à votre écoute, et les attractions sont fonctionnelles, les enfants s’éclatent dans les toboggans et les différentes piscines mise à disposition. Un séjour absolument parfait et à refaire l’an prochain.
