A lot of postitives about Manzara hotel, mainly the quiet, good service and the wonderful view, also the room was fantastic and recommend booking the exclusive room, although we had no balcony and on the pictures it seemed like the exclusive room comes with a private outdoor space. We felt looked after by the staff who were working hard to ensure we are comfortable, which was greatly appreciated. One negative, I must say the first day's dinner and breakfast were quite poor and below standard but when we mentioned it to the manager we have seen a big improvement on the same day and going forward. We stayed off season so perhaps in season the kitchen can serve more variety and has scope for better meals, but it was a big plus they took our concerns onboard and fixed the problem quick. Also, off season there was very limited or no scope for ordering food outside of meal times, but we managed to get a load of very good milkshakes. Recommmend, even for those without car as it is very easy to get the buses up and down the mountain, literally there is a bus evey 5 minutes and you can catch it to and from the hotel.

Nice territory and good staff. Alcohol free hotel.
There were several good things in this hotel: The view from the mountain, the woman from reception with English understanding, who changed our room from the pool view to the private balcony one. And the Barmen who was ready to help even at night. The cleaning was approximately at 11 am, and as we were changing our clothes from breakfast to the beach one, they decided not to clean room. The rooms were not new, the walls were damaged and all wooden tables and stools were more “vintage” that it should be. The drinking water was not provided on a daily base, as they say, because of Corona. But you could take it for money on the reception desk. The breakfast was okay. The nature and the garden is perfect in this hotel. All area was well cleaned. PS. This hotel is not only Alcohol Free, they even will not allow you to drink in public area your own bottle of wine! (But Hotels.com fixed that with the coupon for us) When I am writing this review, the information about alcohol ban is not situated on the “about hotel” section.

It was a beautiful location with an infinity pool looking out over the Ölüdeniz Beach. A great buffet breakfast on the terrace with nice view were great also. I must say though, my favorite part was the hospitality of the hosts! We arrived late and they were waiting for us and made our stay very comfortable. Thank you!

This is the BEST hotel in Oludeniz with an EXCEPTIONAL view on the swimming pool and Oludeniz, surrounded by left and right mountains. It is like a piece of heaven with its garden, flowers, swimming pool, amazing home-made bio food (cheese, bread, vegetables, watermelon, etc)! It is also very close to the beach (about 15mn walking or 10mn by public transportation). I specially thank the hotel managers and hosts for their help and generosity! We LOVED it there and we will come back and bring more friends and family members inşallah. Mükemmel! Çok teşekkür ederiz! Birçok kez döneceğiz inşallah :) <3

THIS HOTEL SHOULD BE SHUT DOWN!!
I have been to this hotel 2 years ago and had a pleasant experience. However, this time I came here there was no pool and bar area; it had all been ripped out. The owners told us they don't serve lunch and dinner either. It was basically a bedsit! When I booked, it said there was a pool and bar when there wasn't. That's what I was paying for and it wasn't there. The owners are RUDE! They tried to make us pay a extra day for no reason; they also tried to make us miss out flight by telling our driver that we wasn't staying at the hotel. I have no idea how this hotel is still standing. They need to be shut down as they are advertising lies and are extremely rude to their guests. I'll never go here again and ill let everyone to stay away from this nightmare place.

Lovely garden oasis.
The hotel is situated amongst beautiful gardens overlooking Oludeniz bay and the family who run the place are really helpful and lovely people. It was a welcome calm away from the craziness of Ölüdeniz beach. The rooms were clean and cleaned every day with fresh towels. Mine had a nice balcony, it looked as though all rooms did but I can’t confirm this. They’re simple rooms which could do with a touch up but functional. You can get a Dolmus right outside the hotel to Oludeniz beach front or the other way to Hisaronu, Fethiye, etc. You can walk to Oludeniz in around 20 mins but the road is quite dangerous and the only route in. The route back is a rather strenuous slog uphill. Free parking available on site and in shade so your car will be safe. Turkish breakfast of eggs, salad, meats and cheeses was great plus lots of homemade preserves. If you’re allergic to wasps I’d avoid though as they don’t leave you alone!

Very lovely family hotel
Great hotel with amazing view of the bay. Most rooms, if not all, include a balcony with a view. Being a family run hotel, the staff is wonderful and always willing to help with anything! They do an amazing home-cooked dinner.
