very nice apartment. clean and recently remodeled. this apartment in 5th floor and the elevator is as slow as you never witness or imagined. if you dont mind walking the stairs up and down then this is a good option

Excellent communication with the girl on duty.Apart view unbeatable and very clean and roomy for 2 people . Wasn't bery keen on the lift and did make suggestions for a rail to be installed on the stairways as it could be dangerous for kids or for that matter older people so do be careful.. Will return

Excellent location however, we were not there during peak season so boat tours were not available. There’s plenty of places in the marina where one can get preferred boat tours. Our room was spotless and spacious. We booked a basic room and it was plenty big enough. View was absolutely perfect. Could see marina and the mountains behind. Few shops nearby to get essentials and taxi rank.approx 25 min walk from Fetiye bus station (if you know the route) from the airport. However local Dolmas leaves for Oludeniz, saklikent etc near the mosque which is 5min walk. Very close to old town literally within stone throwing distance. In contrast, there’s only few negatives. There was no hot water for showering on one morning and the curtains were letting far too much lights through at night. They need to invest into some blackout curtains. Finally road noises can be unbearable at times, the room has no sound proofing (apparently this a problem for most accommodations in Türkiye). Also a long mirror would be preferred only small bathroom mirror available. But that’s personal preference. Overall, it was a great stay. Loved the location, cleanliness, the view from room and size of the room. We would stay here again.

There is no such thing as sound-proofed rooms in this place. Nor do they have true blackout curtains. A blatant and total lie. The first floor rooms have windows that look out onto an atrium artificially lit 24 hours a day. The light is never not pouring in. The atrium is also open to the street so there is absolutely no sound buffer between the space and the street below. It’s as loud inside the room as if you were camping beside the street. They were nice enough to move me to a quieter room but the stated sound-proof amenity isn’t true. I have easily heard my neighbors conversing in the room next door. The wi-fi is spotty at times and the hot water ran out after a 6 minute shower. This not the first property I’ve come across in Turkey that cuts corners or incorrectly advertises amenities. But it has certainly piqued a high level of frustration after that first, sleepless night.

They advertised having soundproofed rooms with blackout curtains. A glaring, blatant lie. It was by far the noisiest hotel room I’ve been in. One set of windows that looked onto an atrium was full of artificial light day and night, EVEN with the curtains drawn. I got no sleep the first night. They moved me to another room after my first night. It was on the top floor. It was quieter but it is definitely not soundproof. I could easily hear my neighbors as well as the housekeeper wringing out the mop. I stayed another few nights in the new room for I didn’t feel like moving to another hotel in the middle of my stay in Fethiye. Disappointment, though, continued to unfold. Every single shower I took, the hot water didn’t last five minutes. Perhaps because it is the off season they are cutting corners with the hot water heaters, or, they could just be cheap with the water all year round. I mentioned it to the man who worked reception but he never followed up on it. In reply to my complaints the first night, I was told “we don’t get many complaints with your room to be honest.” So I gathered they were telling me I was making a big deal over nothing. Funny enough, though, before my stay at the property even ended, they boarded up the windows of my old room and plastered over it. So I was left confused: did I have a point or was I making a big deal over nothing? After my initial review the owner showed up, offered a glass of wine and asked me to rethink my review—so so tacky.

性价比很高的公寓，推开窗就可以看到游艇码头。公寓里面设施齐全有做饭的所有器皿和洗衣机。位置好找，停车在路边也很方便。缺点就是住了两天第二天没有打扫卫生倒不要紧但是至少应该做到补充一下房间的矿泉水。
