Schreckliches Hotel die Zimmer waren verdreckt wie sonst etwas! Die Klimaanlage hat getropft, nach ner halben Stunde hatten wir ein kleinen teich im Zimmer. Personal war stets freundlich doch sehr unprofesionell. Am Pool waren fast alle Liegen defekt. Die Kellner am pool sehr unfreundlich gewesen. Bitte lasst euch nicht täuschen von den Bildern bei der buchung!!!! Finger weg!!!! Wir hatten für 3 nächte gebucht, doch sind am nächsten tag wieder abgereist weil wir es dort nicht ausgehalten haben.

Stairs stairs and even more stairs

Extremely disappointed whilst the Manager and a member of staff at reception did what they could for us there was no way we could stay as far too many stairs which was not in the description of the hotel. The bar was uninviting and the restaurant if you could it that was worse than a cafe. We didnt get to see the room as I had a panic attack walking down far too many stairs. We checked in and out within a hour. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone who is not mobile or anyone who appreciates a nice friendly environment as this place lacked it. Hotels.com live chat were so sympathetic with this awful experience and they took it upon themselves to compensate us which we are most grateful

Merhaba, Otele saat 11:00 de geldik ve 14:00 check in saatini bekledikten sonra odaya geçtik... Oda rezil bir biçimde kirliydi, yastık kılıfları ve havlular pisti. Banyo da önceki müşterinin traş bıçakları vb eşyaları duruyordu ve de WC kullanılmış durumda kokuyordu... Resepsiyondan temizlik görevlilerini çağırarak odayı komple temizlettik ( jakuzi de leş gibiydi onu da temizlettik) , Tatilin ilk günü temizlikle geçti...Diğer bir facia da otelin yemekleri!!! Yemekler 2 yıldızlı otel yemeklerinden kötü ve bayattı, Yemekler en ucuz ve basitti Örnek yemekler örnek vercek olursam; -Pişmemiş Brokoli -Kokan Bayat Balık -Soğuk ısıtılmamış Saçma Sebze Çorbası - Yanmış Patlıcan... Yemekler midemizi bozdu... Zaten yiyemedik aç kaldık dışarda yedik... Otelde Snack Saati olarak Patates Kızartması Verildi bu da şoktu... Otelde Akşam ve Öğle Yemeklerinde Çay servisi yoktu, Çayı bardan restauranta taşıdık her öğün... bu arada barda limon bile yoktu soda için... Personel tam amatördü, Deluxe otel için değillerdi... daha çok 2 yıldızlı otel personeli gibiydiler... 6 sene önce de bu otelde kaldım, o zamandan bu zamana negatif yönde tamamen pansiyon standartlarına dönmüş... Umarım bu oteli tercih etmezsiniz...tr.hotels olarak bu oteli listenizden lutfen cikariniz , resimlerle insanlari kandiriyorlar... Son derece maddi manevi kaldigima pisman oldum...

Yazık ki burada kaldık

Paranıza yazık etmek isterseniz buyurun arkadaşlar. 3 gece kaldığımız otelde (otel mi apart dairemi belli değil) herşey tam anlamı ile berbat hatta iğrençti. 2403 nolu oda hiç temizlenmedi. Banyoya metal evye koymuşlar musluklar akıttığı için devamlı evyeden damlayan suyun sesini duyduk. Duş aldığımızda duşa kabinin dışı göl gibi oluyor dikkat edin kayıp düşmeyin lağımdan gelen kokuyu saymıyorum. Programımız yoğun olduğu için otelde sadece kahvaltı ettik onda da küflü zeytin yedik otelde ki tek iyi diyebileceğimiz şey resepsiyonda ki bayan arkadaşın müşteriye olan saygısı ve güler yüzü

Hayatımda kaldığım en berbat otel gecelik bir milyarlık odada kaldım hayatımda geçirdiğim en rezil gece balayı için ayırdığım odada rezil olduk ilgilenen hiç kimse yok jakuzi var tıpası yok komi yok bütün samimiyetimle sölüyorum 200 tl ye kaldığım apart çok daha temiz düzenli idi sakın ha sakın tercih etmeyin hayatımda gördüğüm en rezil personel 4 kattan valizlerimizi kendimizden çıkarmamızı istiyorlar bitik bir otel sakın.

Please avoid at all costs

We booked this hotel because of a special occasion and because it was adults only! Children running around, dirty rooms, disgusting showers with black grout, diabolical food! Chicken nuggets for adults, rude staff. Hotel have so far refused to comment.

dirty hotel we had bed made daily nothing else .we even had to ask for toilet paper. broken fridge dirty shower . food rubbish / only certain times of the day for food and it was the same food every day. bar closed 11pm every night. never again.

Rezervasyondan sonra otele geçtik odaya götürdüler. Fakat oda nem rutubet kokuyor. Duvarlar da nem izleri. Hemen girdiğimiz gibi çıktık . Başka otel aradık. İnanılmaz vasat bir otel hiç kimseye tavsiye etmem.
