3 gece konakladigimiz bu otel her anlamda guzeldi. Merkeze 10 12 dk gibi bir yurume mesafesi var. Konum olarak guzel yerde. Huzurlu sessiz bir tatil yapmak isteyenler icin tercih edilebilir. Temizliginde hicbir sikinti yoktu. Tek bir falso görmedik. Hele girisindeki kokusu muhtesemdi. Havuzu yeterli havuz basinda akşam yemegi ve kahvalti cok guzell. Kahvaltı icin erkenden kalkmaniza gerek yok gec kahvalti secenegi de var ve cesitleri cok iyi. Tekrar goceke gidersem yine tercihim olur. Her sey icin tum otel calisanlarina teşekkür ederim elinize emeginize sağlık

We stayed only 1 night. It’s was quiet. Regret that we could not get anybody to help us with carrying the suitcases up to the room (no lifts). Dinner was tasty. Major complaint is the absolute overuse of single use plastic, of individual food packaging, but we found that to be generalised in Turkey. No environmental policies!

All inclusive but Turkish coffee not included!!reception say no service to the beach but 2 days after driver said he can take us to the beach!in the restaurant Mrs Cicek and Mr Ugur are helpful..in total it is good hotel.I will stay another time..

Lovely 2 day break .nice walk into the centre

Wonderful 2 nights stay .pool and gardens are beautiful . Staff so very helpful. Food was nice choice from a menu .covid measure were very good.will definitely stay again .

Tavsiye edeceğimiz bir tesis.

Genel olarak cok cok temiz. Sadece kettle içi pisti oda ısısı da etkilemiş. Kullanmayacaktık ve otellerde bu aletleri kullanmıyoruz o yuzden dert degildi. Üst kat odalarda cam ufak. Ve koltuk vb olsa daha da rahat edilir. Tavsiye edeceğimiz tesis..

Kötü Bir Deneyim

Ekonomik oda diye yerin altında oda vermişler. Sığınaktan farkı yok. Odamızdan memnun olmadığımızı ilettiğimizde otelde bir sürü boş oda olmasına rağmen gecelik bir de euro farkla değişikliği kabul ettiklerini ilettiler. Resepsiyonda çalışan personel hiçbişey bilmiyor sürekli ne sorsak müdürlerini arıyorlar. Herşey Dahil otel olmasına rağmen yemek seçenekleri çok yetersizdi. Sabah kahvaltıya iniyoruz üstelik vaktinde ne çay kalmış ne meyve suyu... Havuzu desen kirli süs havuzu gibi. Bir daha asla konaklamam, butik otelde kalın daha iyi en azından müşteri memnuniyetini önemserler. Tatilimizi 1 gün daha uzatmak istedik ama başka otele geçtik çok daha güzeldi. Tavsiye etmiyorum.

rezervasyon yaptırdığımda ekonomik oda ayırttığımı bilmiyordum. zeminin bir kat altında bir oda verildi.odadaki buzdolabı kendini bile soğutmuyordu bu nedenle diyabet ilaçlarımı restoranın buzdolabına koymak zorunda kaldım.akşam yemekleri maalesef sadece tavuk ve hindi etinden oluşuyordu. 70 cclik rakının fiyatı 240 tl idi (ohaa dedik)sabah kahvaltıda omlet büfesi açık olmasına rağmen ve personel omlet için ocak başına geçtiği halde şef tarafından omlet verilmesi yasaklandı. otelde kalan bir grup vardı onlar kahvaltısını yaptıktan ve otelden ayrıldıktan sonra omlet yapılmasına izin verildi ve hemen herkes kahvaltısını bitirdiğinden sadece beş kişiye omlet yapıldı. havuz akşam 18:30 dan sonra kapatıldığından girmek nasip olmadı.yazacak başka ayrıntılar da var ama değmez. bazı personelin kişisel gayretleri haricinde olumlu intiba yaratan bir yer değil ne yazık ki.sonuç olarak yöreye göre otel ücreti makul olmakla birlikte kesinlikle kalmaya değer bir otel olmadığını düşünüyorum ve kimseye de önermiyorum. sadece gecelemekten öte bir beklentiniz yoksa kalınabilir.

Otel gümbet merkezde eğlenecekseniz çok güzel çünkü gece 4 e kadar bütün mekanların müzikleri odaların içinde çalıyor sanki biz hiç uyuyamadık. Otel havuzuda açıkta ve terastan kirli gözüküyor ondan havuza hiç girmedik. Birde açıklamada bütün odalar deniz manzaralı diyor bize personelin kaldığı, diğer odalardan bağımsız, küçük tarla gibi bi yer oldan odalardan birini vermişlerdi hiç hoşumuza gitmedi. Tek iyi yanı hizmet ve temizlik.

Odadaki eşyalar çok eskiydi. Banyo da aynı şekilde eskiydi. Küvette perde vardı. Hangi yılda yaşıyoruz perde mi kaldı. Yatak rahat değildi. Odadaki çaydanlık tozluydu.

Bakımsız kötü konforlu odalar

Hotels.com uzerinden yaptığımız rezervasyona onay zemin kat economy olarak geldi. Bize verilen oda bodrum katta penceresi duvara acilan basık ve havasız odaydı. Resepsiyona ilettigimizde onaylanan odanin orası oldugunu değişiklik yapamayacaklarını söylediler. Sabah 05:00 gibi devreye giren jeneratör tam odanın üzerine denk geldiği için zaten kötü şartlardaki odada artık uyumak imkansız hale geldi. Kahvaltıda sunulan ürünlerin kalitesi çok düşük seviyedeydi.
