This hotel is separate family rooms with good space and privacy the beds are hard not so comfortable. There is balcony with 2 chairs and tables . No coffee or tea in the rooms.the staff hardly speak english and they don't respond to our requests the phone was broken and we told them several times but they sent no one to fix it. The breakfast was good .the pool was nice for the kids and quite . The dinner also turkish cousins and good. Overall for a family with kids it is a convenient option . Not super but good

I enjoyed staying at this hotel and most of the staff were friendly. My room was close to the music so if I wanted to go to sleep early I needed to wear earplugs, I would suggest asking for a room away from the music speakers. One staff member offered to turn the music down earlier than midnight which was helpful. I did have a negative experience when dealing with the manager/receptionist of the hotel. I was not told that they only accept cash when using the woman’s private shuttle car that her son was driving from the airport to the hotel. I explained several times to the woman that I did not have any cash because my debit card was taken by an ATM machine on that same day I arrived at Dalaman airport and I am trying to get in touch with my bank to receive an emergency replacement card. I offered to pay via eftpos with my digital card and also offered to transfer money directly into the woman’s bank account as an international transfer however she did not accept this and said she only takes cash as a payment. The next day I heard her yelling at a staff member on the phone about me when they called her to say I haven’t been able to obtain cash as they bank need more time. She showed very little empathy or compassion for my situation and came across as unprofessional and inconsiderate. I was not happy with how she handled my the situation.

Otel gerçekten çok güzeldi. Ulaşım da hiç zorlanmadık. Yakınında hem taksi durağı hemde otobüs durağı vardı. Düzenli olarak temizlik yapıldı. Ultra lüks bir şey beklemeyin ama gerçekten fiyat performans olarak harika bir tercih.

Otel konaklamamız

Bu otelde 4 gece geçirdik. Sabah kahvaltısı çok yeterliydi ve güzeldi, çeşitler boldu. Özellikle bazı günler omlet yapan bir çalışan vardı sabahlarımız çok keyifli geçti. Şirin bir otel, odamız her gün tertemizdi. İkinci gün duş başlığımızla ilgili bir sorun oldu hemen değiştirdiler aynı gün içerisinde. Otelde bilardo, masa tenisi, dart, su kaydırağı gibi imkanlar bulunuyor biz bu mini aktivitelerle çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Bir gece bir problem yaşadığımızda çalışanlardan Talha Bey gecenin 3’ünde bizlere yardımcı oldu. Ertesi sabah odamızı temizleyen temizlikçilere de çok teşekkür ederiz. Aracınız yoksa bile neredeyse anayola 6-7 dakika yürüyüp her 5-10 dakikada bir gelen dolmuşlara binerek her yere gidebilirsiniz. Biz öyle yaptık. Her şeyden çok çok memnun kaldık, otelin kendilerini geliştirebilecekleri tek nokta belki de akşam yemeği. Ev yemeği usülü sıcak yemekler var fakat biraz daha çeşitli tatlar eklenirse her şey çok daha güzel olur. Odadan ayrılırken çok üzüldük, çok keyifli vakit geçirdik. Teşekkürler! Bir daha gelmeyi çok isteriz!

Vasat bir otel.

Ortalama bir otel. 2 ayrı oda olarak yer ayırdım. Yarım pansiyon olarak tuttum, kahvaltı ve akşam yemeklerinde çeşit ve kalite yeterli seviyede. Odamızın birinde klima odanın ortasına su akıtıp duruyordu. Odalarda basitte olsa bir çalışma masası bulunmadığı için tatilde çalışacak olanlar için kötü bir durum. Odalar da kattle, sallama çay ve nescaffe gibi basit bir ikramlar bile bulunmuyor. Odalara günlük şişe su bile verilmiyor. Terlik, diş fırçası vs gibi şeylerde yok. Snack bar'da sadece yemekten sonra çay bulunuyor, biraz geç aldığınızda çay soğuk oluyor. Su kaydırağı güde sadece 2 saat çalıştırılıyor. Oysaki bu oteli seçme etkenlerimizin başında bu vardı. Sebep olarakta "Motor ısınıyor" denildi. Zaten bu sürede de çocuklar akın ettiği için büyükler kullanamıyor. Personeller genel olarak iyi fakat bir tane arkadaş biraz patavatsız eleştirilerde bulunarak söyleniyordu. Akşam yemeğinde tabakları toplarken açık büfeden yemek alan Türklerin görgüsüz olduğunu sesli bir şekilde söylenerek iş yapıyordu.

Verkligen underskattat Hotell. Rena och fina hotell rum. Väldigt centralt men inte så att man blir störd av alla turister i området. Jag va så nöjd med hotellet så jag förlängde min vistelse med tre dagar.

2 günde bir havlu 3 günde 1 çarşaf değişimi oluyormuş. Banyoya nerdeyse hiç dokunmadılar 1 haftada. Ama genel olarak biz sadece uyumak için kullandık. Otel içinde çok çok vakit geçirilmez.

Otelin iyi özellikleri kliması mini buzdolabı tvsi vs elektronikleri sorunsuz çalışıyordu ilk başta sıcak su sıkıntısı vardı ancak konuşunca onu da çözdüler. Kahvaltısı da orta-iyiydi. Kötü özellikleri ise temiz olmaması ve gürültülü olması. Oda temizliği yapıldıktan sonra nevresimler ve havlular değiştirilmemiş, havlularda simsiyah lekeler vardı minik bi örümcek bile gördük. Ses de oda konumuna göre değişir belki ama gece 2de geldiğimiz otelde havuz mini bar kısmında müzik hala calıyordu ve 3e kadar çalmaya devam etti. Kısık sesli soft müzikler de değil,uyumanıza ve dinlenmemize engel oluyor. Zaten öğlen denizden geldikten sonra ufak bi kestirmeniz bile mümkün değil basslı müzikler çaldığı için. Oldukça gürültülü bi otel. Otel tatili yapacaklara ve eğlence anlayışı bu olanlara göre güzel gelebilir. Kısaca benim beklentimi karşılamadı fiyat performans bi otel değil.

Her sey guzeldi ama ufak tefek puruzler vardi. Sac kurutma makinesi eski oldugu iicn 30 saniye falan calisip kapaniuor ve geri acilmiyordu, duşta akan su cok cok azdi yani onun arttirilmasi gerekiyor bence. Ama onun disinda otel fiyat performans oteli. Herkese tavsiye ederim.

Merhaba ikinci kez gittiğimiz otel bu seferinde hayal kırıklığı yaşattı aynı meze ve tatlılar altı gün boyunca açıl büfede servis edildi insanların sağlığı ciddi olarak tehlikeye atan bir işletme. Bar kısmında ilhilenecek personel bulmakta zorlandık telefonla aradık yemeklerdeki malzememkalitesi çokmkötüydü ayrıca ilk günler konaklayan az diye açık büfe açılmamaıştı kesinlikle önermiyorum bir daha da kesinlikle gitmeyi düşünmüyorum
