One of the best places i have ever been , close to everything.. restaurants .. hospitals .. the beaches.. friendly stuff.. clean apartment.. beautiful view from level 4 wow. I recommend this place to everyone 5 stars

The staff were amazing The room is super comfortable and big enough for 2 people Clean only the AC was dripping a bit The bathroom is extra big All on all it was a great experience Just note that the check in is in the hotel next to it

Dirty and broken furniture

The flat was not clean. Parts of the furniture were broken. The price was definitely too high for what you get. No contact with the host - seems not to care about his guests. However we were able to check in late.

Liveable but not with families.

Checking in: I was disappointed as there is a sign saying 15 minutes will be back and it was there for the duration of the stay. So when checking in at night, luckily i didnt trust it and found a neaby hotel with a different name (Kayi Hotel), by chance they were connected. I had to pay before being allowed to check in but the card machine wasn't working and they tried my cards more than 5x. I was worried it would get blocked and also my wife and babies were waiting at the original apartment reception so they too were getting worried why o had gone so long. In the end luckily i had some cash and they took it and the kind lady eventually gave me the key. Cleanliness: Floor was really dusty, feet would be black just by walking a few steps. Really need to be introduced to a mop. Electricity kept on cutting out and I had to keep using the main electric fuse board to put on the fuse again. Happened at lesst 10x in 3 days. Drawers were dirty with a broken handle, also light was dusty. Bathroom was decent. Amenities: No slippers or washing machine as advertised, washing machine was in a communal area (no powder). Overall: Liveable if going with a few friends and good location, next to a supermarket and not far from the water where you can go for a nice walk with decent restaurants. There is no beach however. If it wasnt a family trip I would rate 6.5/10 but now 5/10.

Genel olarak gayet iyidi sadece havluların uzerinde tek tuk bocekler ucuyordu o yuzden temizlik konusunda cok guvenemedim. Kaldigimiz yerin pencerelerinde cok kucuktu 4 duvar arasi gibiydi. Bunlar disinda resimlerdeki gibiydi herhangi bir sorun yoktu. Calisanlar sempatikti.

Buzdolabı çalışmıyordu bu sıcak yaz günlerinde soğuk su dahi içemedik o nedenle üzüldük. Odalarda su da yoktu. Böcek vardı kapının önünde kocaman ertesi gün bile hala duruyordu. Asansör de arızalandı bir gün kaldık 2-3 kez en üst kata çıkıp indik. Resepsiyonda karşılayan birileri de yoktu epey bir süre bekledik o nedenle

Otel konum olarak güzel bir yerde otel işletmecisi ile iletişim çok zayıf hatta hiç görmedik diyebilirim. odalar haftalık temizlendiği için girişte temizlik yapıldı ama daha sonra hiç sorulmadı. Biz havlularımızı değiştirmek istediğinizi temizlik görevlilerine söyleyerek değiştirebildik. Tuvalet kağıdı kalmadı herhangi bir görevli göremediğimiz için bu sorunu kendimiz halletmek zorunda kaldık.
