Amazing place!!

We greatly enjoyed our stay at Hidden Gem cabin. The entire cabin was very clean and comfortable. The wrap around porch is a great place to sit and relax. The hot tub was perfect for the cool evening. The location is perfect, secluded and peaceful. We will definitely recommend this property to our friends if they are visiting the driftless area.

Warm, Relaxing Getaway

This cabin was perfect for a Christmas getaway with my husband and dog. The hot tub, fireplaces, and extra amenities (heated floors and toilet seats!) allowed for a cozy winter stay.

Great Weekend Get Away!

If you're looking for a quiet spot for a weekend with beautiful views, look no further than this place. Enough room to stretch out and enjoy nature under the stars. The house is excellent and has plenty of games and activities for either a couple or a family. We had a great experience and highly recommend this property!

Girls weekend getaway

We decided to try a new destination for girls weekend and this place did not disappoint! The house is beautiful and we enjoyed using the hot tub and had a few bon fires. Fall was the perfect time to visit with the trees starting to turn and cooler weather for bonfires!

Beautiful and secluded

The cabin is located in a beautiful, secluded spot near the river. It is comfortable and tastefully furnished with a great kitchen. We thoroughly enjoyed sitting outside on the wraparound porch listening to the birds and watching the stars from the hot tub. The quiet setting was just what we needed. Hosts were very accommodating too. We would definitely stay again!

Hidden Gem

The cabin is accurately named - Hidden Gem. We enjoyed the tranquility of the location and nearness to towns for restaurants, shopping, and lovely scenery. We also appreciated the amenities in the kitchen to use to make meals. The hot tub was a special treat. The Knutson Property Services team was excellent in helping make our stay comfortable.

Lovely Hide-away overlooking the Mighty Mississippi

We enjoyed a wonderful 2-wk stay at Hidden Gem. The property is so quiet and secluded. I've never seen our dog so relaxed (us too)! We saw deer and other wildlife daily. The house was comfy and cozy, very well equipped kitchen, great wifi and smart TV and the house was just beautiful. We lacked for nothing out in the wilderness. We canoed the Kickapoo River which is just beautiful and enjoyed the state parks in the area, particularly Pikes Peak and Wyalusing - lots of beautiful hiking trails. Hubby enjoyed fly fishing in a few of the many trout streams in the area. It was a wonderful, relaxing vacation and we'll be back!

Truly a gem, highly recommend!

Our family of 5 stayed over the holidays and could not have asked for a better experience! The hosts were fantastic- quick communication & all the info we needed to prepare in advance.The cabin was stunning, better than photos & loved how they decorated for the holidays! We were comfortable and cozy, loved the fireplaces, hot tub and whirlpool tub. Everything was immaculately clean and kitchen well stocked for cooking. It would be a great romantic getaway but families will also feel at home with board games & plenty of space to relax. Feels remote but was a quick trip to Ferryville, 15 mins across the river to a large nature center, and several hiking options 20-45 mins away (we opted for Wyalusing State Park). The hosts have several properties in the area and we'll absolutely be booking again to try out another! Thank you for the great memories

Anniversary Getaway

The property and area were just beautiful! My husband and I kayaked on an inlet lake, Green Lake, at Blackhawk Park boat landing, hiked Sugar Creek Bluff, dined at Jone’s Angus Supper Club, and kayaked on Wyalusing State Park’s 6-mile canoe trail during our stay. The hot tub was refreshing, the bed and pillows were comfortable, and the scenery was breathtaking. Great sunsets off the Mississippi River, and eagles galore! This property is in nature’s paradise! 5 stars for location and amenities! No complaints necessary nor assistance needed from the property owners. A well-equipped home for a couple or a family. Just what every renter hopes for! Privacy, relaxation, and serenity abound at Hidden Gem. We hope to be back!

Hidden Gem

Cabin was clean and comfortable, great location, and manager very responsive. Enjoyed watching the bats after sundown. However, may not be the best choice when the weather is very hot and humid. Cabin has 4 wall mounted air conditioners and when all are operating the noise becomes very annoying. On a day when the temperature hit 96 degrees the unit in the upstairs master bedroom could not lower the room temperature below 80 degrees. That night we had to relocate to the downstairs bedroom.
