"This is a lovely little town house not far from the bustling square of Soller. It is a tall house with amazing glass stairs, and is roomy as it is on 4 levels. There are two shower rooms, the main one has a bath too. The kitchen is well equipped. The beds are comfortable . There is a sunny upper sitting room which lets in lots of light. It has a simple and traditional decor which is lovely and reflects the fact that it’s an old house, typically Mallorcan. It also has a tiny outdoor courtyard which leads off the kitchen area. It’s a cool and shady house which is great when it’s very hot outside, and it’s in a quiet location. Host is very helpful and answers quickly and the house was spotlessly clean. "

"Perfectly situated - 3 mins walk from town & all the bars and restaurants. The room was very clean & spaciou. Added bonus of a lovely shaded garden which you can use any time. Angel was super knowledgable & helpful in recommending restaurants in the area. "

"Gran Hotel Soller styles itself as _the_ luxury property in the town, and by and large delivers. Excellent location near the main plaza but surprisingly quiet. Airy, high-ceilinged room. Some rooms have balconies, others French doors to open. Lovely views of surrounding mountains, and there is a torrent (a kind of canal) at the back of the property that is lovely to listen to. Excellent breakfast buffet and helpful staff. One of the few places in Soller with parking on site, though there is not a lot of it. My partner tried the spa service and enjoyed it. Note we visited in March, which is offseason, so things might be different in high season. But we would stay again"

"It would have been really helpful if we had been told in advance where the parking was that we had prebooked.It was so easy to find had we had that advanced knowledge. The Sat nav took us round and round to find the hotel. It took us up a one way street and we could not get out of it and scratched the car had to reverse the whole way down the street. A bad start to the holiday. SO PLEASE TELL your customers in advance and spare all the trauma. Thanks."

"The house feels like your nana’s place - it’s got its own character with old furnitures - every room was super clean and everything you need (and more) is there. The fridge was full of goodies when we arrived as a welcome pack which was amazing. Plenty of towels and having a washing machine came very handy. Communication was super easy and the owner was very helpful with her instructions. This place is centrally located. Shops, the church and the tram passing by - it’s all happening in 2-3 min walking distance from the house. Please note: unless you’re a resident, you cannot take your rental car to the house or drive near there - the owner let us know the closest car park we could park - which is about 10 min walking distance from the house - plenty of parking spaces there and it’s easy to navigate your way to the house from there. There are grocery shops nearby as well. As the house is centrally located, you can expect some noise at night from the nearby restaurants - so I’d suggest bringing your ear plugs (which for me kept all the noise out and let me have a great night sleep throughout my stay). Bedding was super comfortable. You really feel that the owner put a lot of thoughts and care to this place. I’d definitely come back for my next visit. "

"Really great location for exploring Sóller. Very close to the wooden train/tram stop. Few minutes walk to the square for coffee/lunch/dinner options. Recommendations were given by the hotel prior to arrival. Instructions for self check in were easy to follow and everything went as it should. Room was lovely, clean and simple. Access to the outside courtyard was a nice bonus. Would have no hesitation in recommending SólleRooms. "
