"This was our first time visiting this hotel. Our room was located on the front of the hotel, so the road noise was really loud, even at night. There is not much free parking, and you pay to use parking within their paid space. The code card quit working after the first day in the parking area, and we had to ask to be let in the second day. The beds were smaller than expected."

"Beautiful hotel. We enjoyed our stay there. We ate at two of the restaurants, and both were delicious. The pool area is very crowded, and we were unable to find a chair, so unfortunately, we did not use it, which was disappointing. I would recommend this hotel and would stay again. I would recommend getting to the pool very early to secure a chair."

"This is my third stay at the hotel. The location is excellent. The staff is great. However, the design of the hotel is showing its wear and tear. The AC system on the lobby level affecting the restaurant, coffee/coworking lounge was not working properly. This is a big problem for a place like Texas. In my room, there were so many light switches and motion sensors, that simply have stopped working, partially working, had flicker lights. This creates a stress on a traveler who is looking for simple comfort, not mood lighting with one working sink sconce. Whoever designed the electric got carried away and now the hotel is stuck with two many items that do not work. Sadly, to fix, would require a major renovation. You can see this design was done during a period where designers thought it would be cool to enter a room into the bathroom, rather than a hallway. Imagine room service being brought through a toilet area in your room. Hopefully by now the hotel and its design teams have terminated the woke DEI staff involved in those designs and have gone back to designs that have survived thousands of years."

"Well to start there’s no complimentary breakfast. And the adjacent building is owned by them too and they do serve complimentary breakfast. But not for that hotel. Toilet was not working. Sad. Couch smelled and looked stained. Other than that room was clean."

"We were a bit apprehensive after seeing the email advising js how to access parking and the room, however we really shouldn't have been. If you follow these instructions exactly you will have no issues whatsoever. Now to thre room..omg stunning. We had a king room with the most amazing views. Room was immaculate and had everything you need for a few nights in the city. Everything was withing walking distance - bars , restaurants and museums. Theres a great donut shop 10 minute walk down Elm Street, definitely pop in there. Within the hotel there's a lobby area where you can go and get any help you might need or ice. We were lucky enough to meet Al in there and had a great conversation about the world cup. Would definitely book here again if ever back in Dallas."
