Inside, you'll find a queen-size bed, a 43” smart TV, and bathroom with a walk-in shower. The kitchen is fully equipped with a stove, oven, microwave, dishwasher, cookware, dishes, and complimentary coffee to get you started. A combo washer and dryer are located in the unit for your convenience.

Stay connected with high-speed Wi-Fi, and enjoy year-round comfort with heating and cooling via a dedicated mini split system.

The Studio has a private entrance, free street parking, and an EV charger available upon request.

The backyard and patio are shared guest spaces. As a multi-unit location, there are two other short-term rentals on the property.

Located in a residential neighborhood, you're just minutes from Downtown Dallas, close to the Tyler/Vernon Red Line DART station, and just a short hop to the heart of Bishop Arts District - one of the city's most vibrant and walkable areas for dining, coffee, shops, and nightlife.

Whether you're here to work, explore, or simply unwind, this space is set up to make your stay as smooth and enjoyable as possible.

• No pets allowed. Unauthorized pets will result in a $250 additional cleaning fee and may result in cancellation of the reservation without refund.

• No smoking of any kind inside the unit. This includes cigarettes, cigars, vaping, and marijuana. Violation will result in a $350 additional cleaning and odor remediation fee and may result in immediate termination of the reservation without refund.

• No parties or events. Only registered guests are permitted on the property.

• Quiet hours: 10:00 PM – 8:00 AM. Please be mindful that other units share walls. Excessive noise, including disruptive music, is not permitted.

• Street parking only. Please do not park in the driveway or you will get parked in.
