Very comfortable and quiet room, excellent breakfast (lots of fresh fruit, good coffee, tasty sweet and savoury tarts...) and welcoming staff. The hotel is on a quiet street near the Castello and Ferrara's fascinating Old Town. We would love to return to the hotel.

Super close to the castle, comfortable and quiet rooms, very helpful staff. The reception is staffed between 10-13, I was able to check in at 11am with a selection of rooms and leave my luggage in the reception area on the last day. The building door can be opened via web link. Very happy.

I had my own suite on the ground floor with breakfast supplies, kitchenette but no coffee machine, but an electric kettle and two burner convection cooktop. Everything very new and sparkling clean. Kind host. Very central. Perfect Wifi.

I really liked Hotel Europa. Easy to get to with bus lines 1 and 9 to and from the station. Ferrara a great base for a longer stay as well as exploring this vibrant city. Fabulous breakfast included.
