"Although this looks like a Marriott Suites or something along those lines it is very far short of that. First of all, you have to call someone if you arrive at 10:30 pm. For a hotel of this size one ought to be able to check in without it seeming like you've arrived in the wee hours. The second thing was when I went into the room I found a toilet with a huge hunk of hair in it. I guess that's not technical bad, but it's pretty disgusting. The furniture was neither "nice" nor particularly in good shape, particularly the vinyl chair, which was the only place to sit in the room other than the bed. The stove top looked like someone had spilled something on it a number of years ago and then cooked it on, over and over. The cheap plastic cup had a plastic wrapper that had been perforated about 8 times. Not exactly sanitary. Unless you really need to save a little money, spend an extra $25-50 and enjoy a "real" Marriott Suties."

I had to check out at 6 and the complimentary breakfast wasn’t ready yet so I can’t taste that but the area where it’s served is very nice and inviting and clean. When in Reno on business again and I need a place to stay, I definitely will choose this hotel. "

"Staff were very friendly at check in, my biggest issue was the room wasn’t very clean. Jets in the tub were full of black residue, hair and the shower curtain smelled like wet dog. Location is great and if room was cleaner I would stay again."

"I was there 2 weeks and they cleaned my room once. I had to ask them to clean it. I needed towels and trash emptied. Didn't think I needed to ask. I never had the do not disturb sign on the door hoping they would come clean but never did."
