About this property

Gorgeous 4 Bedroom with Hot Tub. A/C

  • Newly Built. Treat you and your family to this luxurious, newly-built, 4 bedroom vacation retreat. Savour the breathtaking views of the mountains from the private deck. Amenities include gourmet kitchen, private hot tub, a family room with a table hockey game, A/C and so much more. A two minute drive will get you right to the lifts at Fernie Alpine Resort and take the Ski In trail for a five minute walk back.

    This is the 4 bedroom side of a 6 bedroom chalet. There may or may not be guests in the 2 bedroom suite. Shared driveway.

    All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 9 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 4 parking spots and no street parking allowed.
