NEW LISTING. Fernie Alpine Resort’s newest and most exclusive location at Timber Landing. Open your door and discover the Timber Chairlift is less than a 250 metres away. The Timber House features unparalleled views and a gorgeous private deck. Pamper yourself and your group as you will truly love this location and all of the amenities.

This is a 2 Bedroom lock off unit and part of a 5 Bedroom luxury property at Fernie Alpine Resort. A few high lighted amenities include: Fibre Optic High Speed Internet, Roku Smart TV, Remote Controlled Blackout Blinds and a deck just off of the living room. You'll have access to half of the driveway that fits 2 cars. Garage Access for Summer/Winter Gear.

There is also a 3 bedroom unit on the left hand side. 2 Bedroom access is on the right hand side. Access to the first patio on the right-hand side lower level. Upper and left-hand side patio is for the 3 bedroom side.

All properties are equipped with decibel monitoring software. Our neighbours would appreciate you respecting our zero-tolerance policy to noise complaints and the quiet time rules being respected. Due to the new regulations at the resort, capacity cannot exceed 4 total guests or fines will occur. Max. 2 parking spots on the shared driveway and no street parking allowed. R.D.E.K. Place was great and check in was easy. One issue with listing is it states Air Conditioning when the unit does not have AC. Other than that it was a great stay.

Was a great escape from big city rush. Bit of a drive from central fernie, but exactly what we were looking for. Quiet, beautiful views, very comfortable stay. Tons of trails out your front door if you get the urge to explore. Will definitely go back.

My husband and I had a wonderful stay at Timber House. The condo is new, spotless, very well stocked and nicely furnished. It is just a very short drive to Fernie. We saw moose and deer right outside from our deck. Very quiet but there is construction during the day—we did not find this to be a problem since we were fishing and golfing. We love the town of Fernie and will be back—hope to stay at Timber House again!

Amazing views condo had everything I needed, was a great week of biking the trails. Need to come back next year when the chairlift is open. Diana was very easy to communicate with and even advised me of a power outage that was going to happen on the one day.
