"I was within the check in time which was between 5:00 pm to 8:00 pm and no one was at the front desk. I had to make multiple calls to connect with the lodge management. They asked me to come and pick up the room keys from another lodge. It was a bit inconvenient."

"As someone who travels with a dog it was great to be welcomed and have a beautiful park close by, as well as being near to access all the amenities Fernie has to offer :)"

"The place was great, looked just like the photos and everything was in great condition and clean. The room didn’t have AC and it was Smokey all weekend so we couldn’t open the window, but that wasn’t a big issue and without the smoke it would have been a non issue."

"Clean Quiet was a great place to rest for the night"

"Safe area to stay. Cute rooms and the pool area was a great place to hang out."

"If booking with Expedia, read your emails, it will definitely help the check in process. No staff or front desk. Once I read email, everything was perfect. Great spot, I highly recommend."

"Room was clean and well maintained our host was very cordial excellent place to spend the night"

"Was a nice stay. What made it rememberable was the rustic feeling of this quaint inn. Nestled in small town Coleman, we stayed one night on our way to Banff, enroute from Waterton. The manager called us after checking out, which was a nice gesture. Would recommend and stay here again."

"Very helpful staff, and a convenient location."
