"Location is great. Staff is great. This place has definitely seen better days. We had peeling walls. It looked like mold in the bathroom. Definitely rundown. It is literally across the street from the beach but for the amount of money it was not worth it. Better to walk a few blocks. Breakfast was not great - thought that from other reviews - but basic. Powdered eggs, breads. No fresh fruit or anything special. "

"The host was wonderful. They were quick with replies and help when we needed it. The place was perfect. The kitchen had everything we needed and was fully stocked. Having a balcony to sit with a drink at the end of the day was a plus as well. A beautiful boardwalk to the ocean, with beautiful white sand and miles and miles of beach. We had a wonderful time and certainly would stay there again. "
