"It was just okay? My bed was a worn out hidabed. Bathroom and elvatir seemed dirty. One window in the room had condensation which obstructed the view. "

"Staff was essentially nowhere to be found, however nice when checking in. Never answered phones nor returned messages. Seems to be a consistent issue looking at other reviews. Certain policies are on their website, but not on third party booking sites, but they were accommodating. "

"The Omni resort is very impressive. The pool area and amenities were great. The shuttle service to bring you around the property was very convenient. Our room at the Villa though was very tired and in dire need of some updates (flooring, bathroom fixtures, sliding door, patio area, etc). Other than the room itself, everything else we experienced was top-notch."

"We were surprised to have to pay for parking in the Lot. There was no bench for the smokers outside I saw them standing by a trash bin .It looked like a mess was made by a guest near a trash pail that wasn't cleaned up. Very helpful friendly staff. Enjoyed the breakfast 😋 I would recommend it and we will go again."
