The +: apart from the proximity to the beach and the beach equipment available, we have a relaxation area with a 3.50m sofa bed with a comfortable mattress and 17 cushions to rest and sleep, read a book, play or watch the stars under a large skylight (Fermanville is an observation spot).

Comfort and good living are important. The garden is very flowery and maintained, the birds like it and you can admire many of them.
The water used is filtered and softened.
Electricity comes from solar panels.
