"We were looking for a quiet weekend and this place was just that. The cabin has great natural light, we loved having the wood burning stove, and it was fun to observe all the wood elements inside. Stocked in the kitchen was coffee and sugar. Outside, the porch/carport is a nice place to sit during the day and the area was great for walks. "Had several options for fun things to do close by. Place was spotless! ONLY complaint (that can't be controlled by the owners anyway) is the train tracks. We decided to stay here even knowing about the tracks but unfortunately we learned we're not the people to sleep through them! "We enjoyed our stay here immensely with a private in-room whirlpool. While the room was showing its age somewhat and could use a few updates, overall it was quite comfy. We stayed in the Paradise Cove suite as we were looking for a tropical vacation theme to escape from the cold. Breakfast was more than adequate and had good variety."
