"Very Edwardian look but first class rooms. Staff brilliant and very helpful. Especially the waiting staff in the restaurant. We arrived at 20:40 all hungry I asked if the kitchen was still serving and was told yes till 21:00. Got into the restaurant at 20:55, the manager and waiter were both friendly and served us happily. Cleaners were all very nice."

"It was a beautiful hotel, a bit out of the city centre but had a shopping centre and loads of small shops next to it. Housekeeping came every morning which was great too. Staff were alright but we did get a couple of judgy looks and no one actively told you about the sauna and gym that you could use you had to ask etc."
