Plenty of room

This house was a great size and it was pretty clean, but there was a musty smell and one of the couches was in bad shape. There was no washing machine sadly. It was a good size house and it was five minutes from a large grocery store and laundromat, and 15-20 minutes walk to the restaurants.

Nice place, Fecamp. Dirty accomodation.

Fecamp is a nice place, lovely people. However the accomodation we've booked was dirty. The beds were not ready to sleep at. We have to figure out where all the stuff was to make up the beds. The promised jacuzzi in the garden was out of order.

House with a flair

The house is lived-in, but nice, large garden, though overgrown. Sunny. All the appliances and even spices, toilet paper, etc. are available. which is a nice feat. The host lives elsewhere and gave standardized info for tourists that was very helpful, but contact was through the app solely, so it felt a bit like being a guest at IKEA or some other large corporation.

Tijdens het verblijf heeft Linda op geen enkele manier contact gezocht. De woning is eenvoudig en kaal. Er is het één en ander kapot en de bankstellen waren rijp voor de sloop. Er waren geen opbergkasten, ook niet op de slaapkamers. Het tuinmeubilair moet beter en de tuin is wel groot, maar wordt niet goed gebruikt. De keuken is prima en zowel de stad, als het strand zijn goed te belopen. De buurt is rustig, maar de straat loopt sterk af en dat parkeert lastig. Afval moet je zelf wegbrengen.

Positief: - ruim en licht huis met veel kamers - rustige straat, goede locatie - grote tuin - eigenaren reageren snel en vriendelijk - vriendelijk geprijsd in het hoogseizoen Negatief: - het is bij aankomst niet zo schoon - de keuken ruikt niet fris en de kastjes zijn groezelig - de banken zijn zeer oncomfortabel ondanks dat ze nieuw zouden zijn - de zitjes buiten zijn niet comfortabel - meer haken, planken en kastjes in de slaapkamers zouden praktisch zijn - het geheel doet wat kaal en sober aan

Jolie maison de Fécamp

Super, la maison est très belle et lumineuse ,avec beaucoup d'espace, le jardin est grand sur 3 niveaux avec des petits chemins qui mènent sur des surprises .nous avons beaucoup aimé ,la cuisine équipée ,très agréable et les chambres sont grandes , nous avons passé un bon moment, merci.

Loin d'être irreprochable

Infos impeccables pour trouver et accéder au logement qui est super bien situé au coeur de Fécamp. Logement vaste et lumineux. Beaucoup de jeux pour les enfants et ça c'est top.. Nous avons néanmoins été très surpris en ce qui concerne la propreté du logement, très limite et approximatif (par ex :toiles d'araignées, poussières à certains endroits, au sol notamment dans les coins et sur les plinthes, présence de saletés (poils ?) sur les chauffeuses, les deux canapés ont des assises vieillissantes et trés inconfortables, vaisselle mal lavée, traces noires sur les portes, manque de chaises, absence de détecteurs du fumée, pourtant obligatoires depuis 2011 etc). Les extérieurs sont tout aussi passables et non entretenus (ce qui n'a rien à voir avec un jardin écologique) : salon de jardin très sales, présence de fils électriques dénudés, terrasse en béton, en hauteur et non securisée pour les enfants, présence d'orties.... Nous avons contacté les propriétaires qui ont boté en touche concernant certaines questions (notamment la présence des fils dénudés, l'état du jardin etc.) et nous ont assuré que le ménage avait été fait ! (no comment). Ce qui est désolant, c'est la mauvaise foi... J'aurais préféré qu'on me réponde qu'il y aurait plus de vigilance ou qu'il y avait eu un souci.... L'annonce est ambigu concernant la présence d'un jaccuzi, baby-foot foot et billard (noté dans les point forts du logement notamment) C'est dommage car vraiment la maison et le quartier sont sympas.

Tolle Gegend gute Lage. Der Garten wurde nicht gemäht mit viel Gerümpel. Whirlpool kaputt, vorm Haus hohe Brennessel schade war nicht gemütlich. Die Küche leider nicht sauber. Ansonsten war das Haus gut eingerichtet.
