    The house is located only 3 km from Fazana, a local tourist gem, and only 900 meters from the nearest local beach. The apartment is located on the upper floor of the house with a huge front and back yards and has a secure and easily accessible parking lot. It is a lovely, warm and carefully furnished and equipped apartment surrounded by typical Mediterranean landscape and therefore ideal for a total vacation in every sense of the word with all contemporary infrastructure and amenities at hand.

    The apartment has a total area of 100 square meters (not including the covered front terrace providing all day shade). It is located on the first floor of a house and consists of a living room of the total area of approx. 50 square meters equipped with a flat-screen TV, a couch and a fireplace. There is also a fully equipped kitchen with the dining area, as well as a bathroom with a shower. There is a hall leading into three bedrooms, two of them with single beds (80x200 cm), easily transformable into 160x200 cm beds and a third room with a double bed (160x200 cm). The flat is air-conditioned. The house has its own front and back yards with a grill and a private parking lot. There are as many parking places as needed and they are inside the back yard. The nearest supermarkets are 1,5 km away from the lodge. It is a lovely, warm and carefully furnished and equipped flat surrounded by nature and therefore ideal for a total vacation in every sense of the word with all contemporary infrastructure and amenities at hand.

    There is a grill in the back yard, a huge parking lot and the whole yard at a guest's give my guests space but am available when needed. The owner will be happy to provide all the necessary information and anything that might be of particular visitors' interest. Pets are not allowed.

Top Ferienwohnung

Die Ferienwohnung ist sehr liebevoll eingerichtet. Man hat alles, was man für ein paar Urlaubswochen braucht. Dank der Klimaanlage kann man es auch wunderbar bei den heißen Temperaturen im Sommer aushalten. Alles war sehr sauber und zu unserer vollsten Zufriedenheit! Die Vermieter sind sehr gastfreundlich und unkompliziert. Wir kommen sehr gerne wieder!
