The ground floor apartment offers space for up to six people on 90 m² and combines comfort with a thoughtful layout: three cosy bedrooms, a spacious living room with sofa bed, a fully equipped kitchen and a modern bathroom with shower. Two terraces – one covered and one in the green – invite you to relax outdoors, while air conditioning, ceiling fans, WiFi and satellite TV ensure the highest level of comfort.



The outdoor area offers a private grill, sun loungers and a lawn, ideal for families and groups. Pets are warmly welcome. Within a few minutes' walk, you can reach restaurants, supermarkets and leisure activities such as water sports, diving, cycling and beach activities.
