This home is located within walking distance of Dickson Street. Noise can sometimes be an issue, as with any place located near Dickson Street. There is also a train that runs through the center of downtown Fayetteville. The train crossing is located directly next to The Dickson building. Because of this, there is a train horn that sounds occasionally during the day and sometimes at night. We do not anticipate this would be an issue at this property, but we have stocked the property with a noise machine to help with any possible disturbances!

Rental Fee: 100% of the reservation will be charged to your payment method at booking confirmation.
Cancelation Policy: Bookings canceled at least 30 days before check in will receive a 100% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. Bookings canceled at least 14 days before check in will receive a 50% refund minus a nonrefundable 3% charge to cover credit/debit card processing fees. No refunds will be processed within 14 days of check in.
Pre-Check In Requirements: As a professional vacation rental company, we do require our guests to upload an acceptable government-issued photo ID for additional identity verification and sign our terms & conditions agreement on our guest portal, which is where you will be able to view your check in instructions upon completion of pre-check-in requirements. If you are booking a reservation for someone other than yourself, we do need the contact information of the guest(s) who will be staying at the property.

Enjoyed our stay at this cute, conveniently located house right downtown close to everything. Plenty of linens and supplies to get you through. My only complaint is the ants in the bathroom.
Walkable to everything downtown. Jog to Greenway. Short drive to all parks. While close to downtown, had privacy, tree covered deck and comfortably updated interiors. Would stay again.
We loved the house and its proximity to everything. We walked everywhere - farmers market, shopping in the square, dinner on Dickson street. We will stay here again!
The house could use an additional mirror or two and the kitchen needs more light. Otherwise the house is perfect!!

This place is nice and clean and very close to campus. It was very convenient for us when we were moving our daughter into her sorority house. We would definitely stay here again.
Our stay here was perfect! Quaint little cottage under the trees! Quiet! Well furnished! Very clean! Just a couple of blocks off bustling Dickson street but pleasantly quiet. We went for the Ark-Tenn baseball series and was just what we needed after the ballgame. Able to sit outside on the deck and enjoy the area. Will definitely book this one again!!!
